On the July 15 court filing, DHS asked the court to deny the rush request for a decision because it needs time to sort through a huge amount of paperwork.
DHS says they will give the court the records for Nepal, Honduras, and Nicaragua all together in six weeks or give one country’s records every two weeks, and the plaintiffs can choose which option they want.
What a great tactic to push past the August 5, 2025 deadline and leave all Nepalese in a horrible situation, making it much harder for the court to issue an injunction without first reviewing the documents.
Good luck!!!
