TPS for Nepal is set to end on August 5, 2025, but a court case about Afghanistan’s TPS may help. If the court rules that DHS gave too little notice, it could lead to a six-month extension. The same rule might apply to Nepal. This extra time can give breathing room for those with pending cases or preparing other applications. @Sql_server, I think when Sexy said "too little notice", she is trying to say too little time for the notice period. Basically, you are saying the same thing. There is no need to argue.
