In the past few years, there has been considerable buzz surrounding Big Data and Data Scientists. It is almost impossible to turn the pages of Wired or browse Google news without at least one reference to the highly coveted title of a Data Scientist.  So, what are the core skillsets that a Data Scientist needs to possess? Can one person effectively address all the responsibilities expected from a modern day Data Scientist?
