One of my friend was saying same thing but not regular txt its from Viber but now she blocked the contact in Viber and he/she was saying that the person in from Minnesota blah blah..

Buy why the heck sajha info needs to get involve in someone's personal stuff. I am assuming info@sajha is official email for sajha.com This happens all the time, engage law inforcement or block number.
