So here's my story...

I have about 22 months left on my H1B. After over 4 years of working for my current company, I was denied greencard filing due to structural changes in the company and instead nominated for VP in the next few months. I am planning to go to Nepal on Feb end to get my big fat wedding. Abo... Nepal ko taal testo cha, visa ko halaat yesto cha. TPS ko deadline aai rako cha. Garne k?

TPS file garum bhane, gotta few questions below:
> AP liyera Nepal farkida, H1B ma aaune ki TPS status ma?
> TPS status ma aauda H1B file gareko company sangai hunu parcha ki change gare huncha?
> TPS ma job change garda k garnu parcha?
> TPS sake pachi H1B ma back huncha?

Help and suggestions wanted pls....

J gare ni huncha. H1b chap hane ni huncha. AP gare ni huncha.

J gare ni huncha. TPS ma macdonald ma kam gare ni huncha.

> TPS ma job change garda k garnu parcha?
-> Kei garna pardiana. EAD card huncha tei dekhayera kam garne.

> TPS sake pachi H1B ma back huncha?
-- Yo chai sure chaina tara mildaina jasto lagcha malai.
