I needed some advise regarding a situation me and my wife are going through.
I have been working in H1B for almost a year now(2 years before that in OPT), and my wife is working in OPT for past 2 years. Although the company she works for is a big Fortune 500 Company, it isn't willing to sponsor her H1B owing to their current financial situation. She just stayed with the company for 2 years as we could be together and thought at some point they might even sponsor. My GC filing has also been delayed by almost 8 months than promised as my employer is giving me a hard time making excuses.

Now we think that we need to take the one last opportunity she has for H1B filing next year. But it wouldn't be a wise decision to just leave the job she has now and go to a consultancy and sit in bench for months. So i was wondering if any of you guys know a good consultancy that gives online training and helps in placements remotely? Help will be much appreciated.

Thanks.
