I f you are based in US, make sure the wedsite is assessible and follows ADA Act and Section 508 rule for website.........coz this issue has been increasing day by day here.
Validate you site at:http://www.contentquality.com/Default.asp

select: Priority 1,2 &3, check on donot fail thae page and see results..........and fix the problem to make the assessible......Good luck
