I have not been able to find out about any parties around DC/Maryland/VA. I see no evidence of existence of Nepali Congress Party (Girija) or Nepal Congress Party(Deuba) or CPN (UML or A-AAMEE) Party or Sadbhavana Party or not even Raa. Praa Party (RPP) around these states. Looks like Jihad is going to organize some Islamic Party before leaving for Nepal.
