once i listened his interview and i know he was army general or COAS. He said "Nepal is not only KTM, in his interview in BBC during the JAN-AANDOLAN II. He means the people seen in the streets in KTM are just Kathmanduians, not Nepalese. Actually, who is he and where is he?
