How can I set the dashain ringtone on my mobile ?

To set
1. download the file
2. connect your Mobile set to your PC
3 Just upload the dashain.mid filne on your mobile set.

my mobile doese not support to connect computer. I need to set tone by composer so I need the text to compose. If you have plz post me on this forum
