Dear Sajhaities,

I am expecting to arrive in Canada after two months with a work permit. For now, I have a job for only one year. I wonder whether I am eligible to launch PR application right after arriving in Canada or have to wait certain period? I am also interested to know how long it takes to get PR when I apply from Canada? I would be grateful to any of you who might have any idea about the matter.
Looking forward to see your suggestions.
Cheers,

Andhikhole

Oveously if you have point more than 67, you can apply from either Canada or US. In both case your file will go to Buffalo. Well about matter applying from US or Canada, I would suggest apply after you arrive in Canada, but again it would be really good idea to get ssuggestions from lawyer

Good Luck
