OPT extend त गरियो तर Tax तिर्नु पर्ने रहेछ renew गरेको OPT मा । अब जहाँ बाट गरियो tax run गर्न मान्दैन । मेरो प्रश्न
tax run गरिदिने कोही consultanchy कसै लाई थाहा भये खबर गरौ न ? worst case मा tax नतिरी बस्दा fall मा school join हुने plan छ । त्यहाँ problem होला कि नहोला ?? उचित सल्लाह को आपेच्या छ साझाबासी बाट ।

the thing is ..its fairly a new rule and not many people have gone through it. In past, even in H1 they stayed without paying tax and got away with it (i mean change of status to f1 or job after the gap) . But due to bad timings and uncharted territory i am in delima. any suggestions ??

You must be fking kidding me..if u r getting paid then u have to pay the tax..Jaha bata paisa kamayeko ho tyahi bata tax run garnu parchha..if u trying to be smart to run tax from somewhere else, dude u r committing a Federal crime..it's called mail and wire fraud and will land u in jail..

It's not a new rule..It's been in effect since 2008..Do you call it new? and not knowing the rules is not an Excuse in US.. So to get back to the point,
if ur employer is not willing to run the tax rite now, u can file it at the end of the fiscal year..But u have to pay the TAX to IRS..USCIS won't bother whether or not u have paid the tax, but Believe me IRS will dig the Grave and get back the Money..Never Mess with IRS..

After coming to US many of us get a paying Job for the first time....ahhh JOY...but also acknoledge the responsibility that comes with it. for starters its called TAX...The reason they give you the SSN is for this purpose.....unless you got paid in cash then thats different story but evading tax is a federal crime...i think u can ammend such mistakes when u file for your taxes..
