My employer is not willing to file my GC under EB2 category, they are more pushing for EB3. They talk about few changes done by USCIS lately( Dec 2009) which would add more scrutinizing to labor approval. Is anyone aware of any such changes ??

I was also wondering what is the timeline for labor approval , I-140 and I-485 for Green Card processing under EB3 category.

They are auditing more applications on EB2 category. I think they started doing that from 2008. Labor and I140 is similar for Eb2 and EB3 but I485 for EB3 takes longer. I think the priority date is 2005 but not sure.
