Hey guys, I need a help. I work in a restaurant. I have been working there for 3 years. My boss is sponsoring me as a post of chef. We went 2 lawyer. We fill the form stuff and we in processing stage. It's been 7 month. No letter from IRS nothing. Wat kind of paperwork should I make. And how long will it take for result.

7 months and u are impatient? Ppl have waited 7 years with no GC.
Anyways, first ask the lawyer. Second, you can check your case status online if you have the case no of your filing.
