Are you a student at Fairleigh Dickinson University? If so, check the student center there. Additionally, as previously suggested, try craigslist. Are there any other Nepalis where you are?

If you are going to work in Flohram Park ( Verizon, At&T or Novartis) you dont have to live in Convent Station. You can stay nearby area (like Summit..) from where you can catch NJ transit to Convent Station. From Convent Station a shuttle bus commutes to and fron these offices in office hours. (It was 4-5 years back though). I am assuming you don't have car. But if you have car then there are so many options.
