hi everyone need some help here,
i am about to file but my deadline is really close just couple of weeks to reach 1 year and haven't still got all my documents yet. Is it possible to just drop the applications with certain docs i have and take the remaining in the interview wth me? or should i wait until the last minute or the week to drop it?

After your case is denied in interview you are subject to be removal from USA or you have to appear immigration judge. if you choose to appear in front of court in their given court date and time then you will not be removed from US unless your case is finished which will take from 1 year to 4 year (for first judge ; depends upon judge) .
When you apply for asylum there is somthing called clock (runs 1per day )which start from day of application received on asylum office ; if it exceed more than 150 days because of their reason (long wait for interview, denial on interview) then after 150 days you are legal to apply work permit (if you dont have social than social too).
After that you can live , work and do whatever you want but cant go nepal.
