Hi,
My H1B petition got approved recently. I am planning to bring my wife in October. Is it necessary/good to show my bank balance for applying her H4 visa? If it is good to show bank balance, how much should the balance be to make the case strong, and how many month's bank statement is needed? Please post if you know something about this..

My wife had her H4 visa interview last week and she was approved easily. I recently got married so she had taken our wedding pictures, marriage certificate, my I797 approval notice from USCIS and my pay stubs. I printed out my Bank of America statement online ($2,000) and also put in the file. All she was asked was what do I do ? How many people were present at the wedding ceremony. That's all !
