My wife is trying to get her document evaluated by CGFNS but they say invalid signature and seal on one of the documents. Has anyone had to go through this? Any suggestion would be appreciated.

It happened during my wife's processing too. When that happens, they send document back to school in Nepal and they have to fill out whatever they asked for and resend it again. Also, we kept on calling CGFNS and ask them what they really want. We send documents 3 times and finally approved. Also, school in Nepal should be cooperative to you guys. Good Luck bro.

One of the guys at CGFNS told us to have school write them a letter and apparently they have lost that letter. My wife went to school in India so its been difficult to deal with it, i guess we keep on sending the transcript.
