Dear Sajha friends, We just had a baby girl this March 2015, I am in H1B and my wife is in student status, but my H1b is going to be expired in July and no body is willing to sponsor me. I will be out of status if I don't become my wife's dependent. I have been hearing that if you have a child born before april 2015, you can apply for temporary residence to stay in US. Is that true? if yes, what is the process? Thank you in advance.

I am not sure that is true, if that is true, millions of parents who kids are born in USA will get that one. I have also kids and we have also similar situation.

@pidit2015 If you had your child born on or before Nov 20 2015 and if you were out of status then you could be eligible for DAPA but that is currently on hold. Other than that may be wait for another 21 years before your child can apply for you. TPS wont apply for you because it is not granted yet.
