Hi frustratedme, Once you have EAD and don't need H1B sponsorship in future, I would suggest you to find a job on your own rather than going through consultancies given that you are capable of cracking the job interviews on your own. East coast is always good for IT jobs. Best way is to create your profile in sites like Dice.com, careerbuilder.com, monster.com etc. and apply using those job portals. Dice.com is what I prefer. Good Luck for your job hunt!!!
