or post your questions here and we can assist with your confusion. https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-131instr.pdf All you need is a valid reason to travel. A valid reason is not leisure, .....medical is probably the most common one. In that case you can supplement with hospital reports etc.
