IF you are a TPS holder and if you have your U.S born child, then you're more likely to stay in this country with
permanent residency status, but all other TPS holders must leave once its expires as stated when TPS was
granted.
TPS related case filed by United States citizen children of TPS holders is pending in California court, and you know California Judges are very liberal, so there is a chance this case will be in favor of TPS holders who has US born children.
