I go to a SUNY school but no where close to plattsburg. I have a couple of frens from that area, all I hear is them complaining how its way too far up north and how its cold !!

I applied there as a transfer.. and got accepted with much ease, but since i got full scholarship at another college, i rejected them.
But its true that they give scholarship as long as you have a decent TOEFL or SAT score.

as you can see it says:
Room - "waived"
Board - "waived"

One of my friend live close to SUNY Potsdam. He goes to some other school there if any help needed for a newcomer i bet he will be a help. let me know.
