Hey guys,
        I need your serious suggestion about H2B(worker visa). I graduated in last December but not lucky enough in lottery draw(lottery master's quota). Now the boss of the store where I am working last 3 years want to help me. he will process for H2B and I just have to pay lawyer fee.
   Now my question are,
1, Is  it good to apply for H2B (though I  have higher degree, I once filed H1B from advanced quota)
2,  what are the pros n cons of H2B in comparison to H1B.
3.  how long it takes for Green card.

Since your employer is willing to sponsor you the H2B visa, it would a whole lot better if you consult an immigration attorney. You can accurate and precise pics and answers to all your questions. Better hurry!

i dont think you should go for H2 B since its only a seasonal work permit which will be terminte one the season is over.
