We have two bedroom apartment in a distance of 12 minutes walk from Rosslyn metro and 10 min from Court House Metro station. I want to sublease my one room, lease type month-to-month. Rent will be $775 - $800 including all utilities (water, electricity, cable both internet and TV). The address is 1220 N pierce st, arlington, VA.
