Most people and especially Indians call Pakistan as the epicenter of world terrorism. I am not sure about that. But being one of the neighbors, I am 100% sure that India is the epicenter of regional terrorism. No one can deny that LTTE is the terrorist organization and Indian home minister is supporting it. I am from Nepal and all the terrorist activities in Nepal are supported and funded by India. Maoists were then terrorists and all their leaders were in India. They used to organize all their meetings in India. They used Indian weapons. India in fact mediated the talk between agitating parties and maoists as is said by present foreign minister of India. Imagine if Nepal would mediate the talks between "Lasker-e-Taiba" and "Jaish-e-Mohammed". Now all the terrorist activities being carried out in southern Nepal bordering India has been running from India. India openly helps them. Dacoits from India enter the Nepalese border in the night and loot Nepalese properties. India always says that Nepal's territory is being used by ISI operatives. However, no information and proofs have been given for the same. It loaded all Bhutanese of Nepali origin in Trucks and landed them in Nepal. Now when they try to return to Bhutan, they are canned and shot. To sum up, India never wants stability in its neighbors so that it can interfere their internal politics. If neighbors are stable, they will develop themselves and won't be using Indian products for example INSAS riffles used by Nepalese army in spite of its inherent problems. In this case as well India is worried if Sri Lanka would be stable after the LTTE is defeated and dismantled. It can't protect its own people with about a bomb blast in a month and asks other countries not to act on terrorism. All in all India is the epicenter of regional terrorism. It may be of the world as well but I am not sure.
