Hello friends
One more question...i urgently need my Birth Certificate from nepal to apply to USCIS and My father acquired it from the Hospital that I was born at. The certificate consists of all the required information. My question is that does the certificate have to be issued from a government Authority like Municipality or Hospital issued should suffice?

USCIS accepts only the one from municipality or from VDC.
