Position: Business Analyst.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements, operational processes, and data relationships/configurations to sustain operations, align processes across business units/geographies, and develop solutions to complex problems.
Driving data quality standards, driving data cleansing efforts and reporting data quality metrics.
Migration of legacy data into the new applications
Creating data quality documentation for the migration of data from legacy to the new application
Creation of data quality checks and data quality metrics
Manage the expectations of the customer (i.e. balance their needs with wants and educate as appropriate).
Develop solutions to complex problems, which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation.
