I filed my H1 from a consulting company this year. It has been approved but i do not have my H1 documents in my hand. Can I switch to another company because they can not find me any project yet?

You cannot transfer your H1 unless you work with the original H1 for atleast (one/two pay stubs). Thanks and good luck.
