Hi,

I am not sure, but is it true that the US Embassy in Kathmandu denies F1 Visa to those students who have got I-20's from college and Universities in Dallas?

Cuz, I have my cousin who is looking to apply to Dallas Baptiste University but I'd rather have her get the I-20 from University of Central Oklahoma if getting a F1 visa is indeed difficult with an I-20 issued from Dallas.

Please advise, Thanks.............

If I am to share my mind, it is easier to apply with the I-20 from Univ of Central OK. I know it because I have seen some muddleheads making it through to UCOK. No ill feelings to those morons, though.
