one of my friend and his roommate are moving out of their place for summer and don't want to come back and live in same apt. after summer. The care taker treat them like they don't know anything and he never listen to them. There lease is till august but they want to break the lease after may. will it effect  credit history of my friend and his roommate (the fun thing is they haven't given SSN to house owner).

the lease really does not affect them in anyway. usually, if they want to break appartment lease, they just have to pay a little extra for breaking off the lease. and that is all; nothing serious.
