Wat do you guys think about IPL ?Big money Big names but for some reason i got no intrest.I ve lost intrest in cricket after this IPL started.

I think it is a great concept....short time...great fun....paisa usul....i was skeptical about the format before...but now I am big fan of IPL. Test matches are interesting to watch when India is playing against australia or Australia is playing against South Afria...other than matches involving 2 of these 3 countries a test match becomes a boring affair but IPL is fun to watch whatever teams are playing as unexpected results can happen in any match and match can turn in matter of few balls.
PS. I give the credit to ICL (Zee Network) for coming up with brilliant idea of 20-20 league though BCCI and Mr. Modi are acting as if it is there own idea.

I totally love the concept of IPL. It has got money and name both involved in it. Like said in the previous post, it is a total paisa wasool deal.

i think its more fun to watch than ODIs and Tests. Big names , big money, big totals, big chase every thing is big and i am a big fan of it.

IPL is the best thing Indian cricket has thought of..The country is crazy about cricket.This thing should have started a decade before.If soccer players from worldwide go to play in EPL to make money and name..why not cricketers worldwide go and play cricket in India?Since, India is the place where cricket is being watched from kids to grand dad,its good oppurtunities for cricketers to get name and money there too.Also, the 20/20 format is very fast ,exciting and not long and boring..so it gets more crowd.at the end,every one is happy..zee is happy too!

India has a great market for cricket!! Good for that country's economy! I have lots of frens who have begun to like cricket because of the additional entertainment value the IPL provides. This league can only get better with time (slowly but sure) as fan base and loyalty is created within cities where these different franchises are located.
