Hi guys, I have a question regarding my H1 status. I m now in opt and my H1 gonna start from coming october. One of my dhoti IT recruiter who did my H1, is marketing me and havent found me job like for 7 months. So I myself applied and got a job in walmart as a assistant manager. So my question is, can I work for walmart till october and transfer my H1? But I heard that, after my H1 starts from october, my salary should be minimum 50k as H1 is in technical catagory and I wont get 50k as an assistant manager.
Suggestions will be heartly appreciated. thank you.

When you are in OPT you can have as many employer as you want and you can flip (change) your employer as many times as you want. So you can work at Walmart till October (but tell your consultancy that you are going for vacation or so).
