I just read Bhutan is on its way to produce 5,000 MW of electricity by 2010 and 20,000 MW by 2020. Can we ever catch up with them? What is going on with our leaders other than empty promises?
Are we ever going to wake up?

Yes we can catch up with Bhutan See http://www.kantipuronline.com/kolnews.php?&nid=177510is one of the privately invested projects in Nepal. There is should be more of investments from Nepalese based outside of Nepal rather than just complaining and fearing that they would lose their invested money.
