I am an american citizen and i got married with my girl friend last november. I have already processed her I-130. Now i am trying to do my tax and i am confused if i should be filing as single or as married. If i file the tax as married then what is the process of doing this. please i need some advice who has been through this. thank you very much

I guess It depends upon your W2 withdrawl. Did you deduct your taxes as a single or as double?

sala, dont have work permit till now and you want to know how to file tax as an american citizen?
