hi everyone
I am from New york and currently studying BSN program. My visa expires on dec 2009 and i havent been to nepal since i came here. so i was planing to go nepal this summer at the end of july and i am planing to work using my SSN this summer too. So, some of my friends suggest that either i should not have to work before going to nepal or i would go before working using SSN. And, what i have heard that i should have minimum of 6 month visa gap before expiration if you are leaving USA and coming back. So, i am so confused that should i have to Nepal or either stay here. And, before this i worked using my SSN in associate degree around 6 month. So, would i get the problem while coming back due to this and regarding my visa? Help me guys!!!
