Hi, I am looking for an advice. Is there any risk to re-enter or get visa if F2 spouse travels outside the US while F1 spouse OPT EAD is pending (applied one and half month ago). F2 is planning to travel now and return back after F1 spouse EAD is approved. Thank you in advance for your advice.
