Even if the court decision denied It will go at least 2 years. Let’s hope for the best. Due to election both demo and rep parties wants to secure a vote so they will favor for the TPS beneficiary. This is just my assumption.

@samjhana1990, how are you so certain about 2 years? The case is hanging on the 9th circuit and the decision can come any day.
