Hi
My H1B was filed for three years. But I got the approval for only 1 year. This is through the consultancy.Will there be any issue going Nepal and get Visa Stamped since it is the only 1 year and through concultancy? Please share your experience.

definately, there will be a problem, since h1b is for 1 yr, your turn to work is for a yr, you need to apply for extension again and get a new time frame. talk with your dhoti,

You are issued 1 year because your client letter might state you have 12 month contract or so.I have the same situation like you I got H1B for 16 month. Going Nepal and getting H1B stamped you will only get the visa for 1 year or so and again you have to get visa when you go next time. I would suggest better to go Nepal when you get next H1B renewal if you are not in hurry. Just my suggestion.
