Bandita Ji, If H1B holder wanted to apply for TPS as a backup, does he needs to file for TPS-EAD if he wanted to maintain his current H1B status. Also, If he is maintaining H1B and approved TPS (without EAD) and wanted to travel outside of US, does he needs to file for AP if he wanted to enter as an H1B holder. Thank you,
