uscis online status shows this error "My Case Status does not recognize the receipt number entered. Please check your receipt number and try again" ... I know I am entering the correct receipt number Does anyone have the similar situation?? what did you do??

Call USCIS on the number listed in the form and tell them you have a problem. If the automated system on phone does not recognize you then, go to USCIS website and take info pass appointment to reach nearest USCIS office.
