Anyone going through regular process of H1B transfer from Vermont Service Center recently? My case was filed on first week of August, 2015 and the status is still pending. Anyone got recent approval from USCIS? if yes, what is your receipt date? I talked to my attorney, she don't have RFE yet. Thanks in Advance.

My transfer petition was filed on Nov 18, received RFE (not sure date) around first week of Dec. Employer took care of the RFE. I think it was for Beneficiary Qualifications as my employer took care of it. Received approval letter around 3rd week of Dec. Have patience and good luck.
