Those who have their Visa expired and on TPS, Alabama Congressman from 5th district has submitted a legislation to reform TPS which will deport you instantly because now the USCIS know your exact address when you filed for TPS.

You can send letters to Rep. Mo Brooks to reconsider it.

If you are worried, why don't u simply move to a new address?

Where in the world does that legislation say "....to be deported instantly"? It's simply suggesting to put a limit on the TPS years rather than renewing constantly.
