Hi Sajha immigration gurus, Just wanted to ask what is the process from TPS to GC through employer. Do we need to go through Perm, I140,I485 or is there any shortcut directly to I485? Any ideas are greatly appreciated. Ty, Pandeyji

Unfortunately, No shortcut. For Employment based, Everyone has to go through Perm>140>485>Interview and yes with much more increased wait timeline due to this interview process they implemented 2 years ago. if you qualify under National Interest waiver, Only PERM can be skipped. So plan wisely, Good Luck!
