This visa allows the visa holder to work for upto four years. It is equivalent to US H1B Visa. But has many advantages over H1B Visa.
The 457 visa holder can bring their spouse and any number of dependent to the Australia. The accompanying dependents have full right to work, unlimited access to health care, education and many more benefits.
