I am subletting (renting) one bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment house near Journal Square area (Romaine Avenue) in Jersey City, NJ from January to June (till the lease expires). It is an easy 6-7 mins walk to PATH Train in Journal Sq.

We are quiet but sociable people who mind our own business. 
The apartment is the 2nd floor of a house and has a backyard. 
1 big kitchen, 1 bathroom and a huge living room (all furnished) are to be shared.
 
Available date - January 1st. 
Gender Preference - None.
Rent - $500 per month + utilities
