University itself is good, depends on what u r looking for additional.
May not be good from job perspective since the state has already in financial trauma and adopted tough Arizona type regulations.

You can't work off-campus .on f-1 visa. Abhi Sharma is probably refering to job perspective as an intern or as OPT,etc
