My mom received 5 years multiple visa 2 years ago but she never travelled to US.

Will there be any problem if she travels now ? Her visa is valid for another 3 years.

Any information would be appreciated.

Thanks.

No, it won't be. I have seen several examples of parents getting visitor visa for 5 years and coming to US after couple of years.
