 B1/B2 visa clarification

Dear all
I need to be clearly that I got B1/B2 visa for 5 years. While entering US immigration, do I need to carry supportive document or simply my visa is enough.
I'm planing to stay with my relatives and my intention is to come back to my home country after celebrating Dashara and Deepawali.
Can I come again to visit in US in future before my visa expires? I have miltiple entries till 2019.

Hope to get good answer and highly appreciate with your words.
