Hello Sajha friends I am in OPT and my H1B get approved with IT consultancy starting October 1, since the recruiter here in my consultancy cannot place me into a project for long time (7 month), I applied for entry level IT job and luckily I get selected. The new company said they will transfer my H1B and file green card as well. Now since I am in opt and do not have any project done during my opt period, I do not have any pay stub. Now regarding this here is my question Do I need to have pay stub to file H1B transfer in October 1? since we do not need to have paying job to be in opt and we can volunteer while we are in OPT do this mean I can transfer without pay stub? any input will be highly appreciated.
